"Every time I got a phone call, I never felt hassled or bothered. Both consultants were very polite and helpful.
I can’t remember the specific names of both consultants but I believe one of them was Jim.
I really liked that each consultant called exactly when they said they would. I hate being called at random times in the day when most people are busy or unavailable to answer their personal phone. I especially hate when companies call at eight o’clock on a Saturday morning when some are trying to catch up on a little sleep
.
All directions were made clear and very simple. It’s nice to get paper work that you only have to sign and date. It only took an all of five minutes to look over and verify the information given. Everything was thorough without going too much into my personal information."

The reps have been nothing but pleasant and helpful each time that I speak with them. Their service is very prompt and professional and I look forward to a long and productive relationship with them.
Thank you SBS."

According to the U.S. Department of Education, if you have "substantially completed" a student loan consolidation application prior to July 1, 2006, you may still qualify for the lower pre-July 1 interest rate, even at this late date!
