Our Mission
When it comes to student loans and student loan consolidation, at Student Benefit Services, our mission is simple. Yet, it is a philosophy that guides each and every member of the SBS team to do its best for each of our clients:
- Provide each of our clients with unbiased and objective recommendations about his or her student loan consolidation package
- Diligently pursue every avenue allowed by law to help each client achieve his or her consolidation goals, especially in the areas of lowest possible interest rate, optimum repayment terms, and strategically sound use of deferment, forbearance and grace period tools.
- Serve as a personal advocate and representative on behalf of each client in dealing with the client's lenders, servicers, financial aid officers, and others to address issues that may hinder the loan consolidation process.
- Provide outstanding personalized one-on-one customer service.
- Perform these functions with utmost honesty and integrity.
