Trouble Accessing the Online Application?
The Student Benefit Services Online Student Loan Consolidation Application should open as a separate "pop-up" window. If this pop-up window does not appear when you click on Apply Online, here are several suggestions for resolving this problem:
Be sure that you have disabled any pop-up blocking software that may be preventing the window from appearing.
The Online Consolidation Application requires that your browser has both Javascript and Cookies enabled.
Following are instructions to help you enable these items on your browser. You may also wish to consult your
browser's help manual for additional details:

Enable Active Scripting
- Open Internet Explorer
- Click on the Tools option
- Select Internet Options
- Click the Security tab
- Click the Custom Settings button
- Scroll down to the Scripting Menu
- Find the Active Scripting area
- Make sure that the Enable option is selected
Enabling First Party Cookies
- Open Internet Explorer
- Click on the Tools option
- Select Internet Options
- Click the Privacy tab
- Click the Advanced button
- Make sure the Override Automatic Cookie Handling is selected
- Select the Accept option under the First Party Cookies menu
- Select Prompt in the Third-Party Cookies

- Select the Tools Tab
- Select Options
- Click the Privacy Tab
- Expand the Cookies menus
- Make sure that Enable Cookies is selected
- Select the Web Features Tab
- Make sure Java Scripting is selected

- Make Sure that Java Scripting has a check mark next to it
- Make Sure that the Cookies option has a check next to it

How to Get the Pre-July 1st Interest Rate After the Deadline!
